tomorrows my bday.
i'll be 23.
where has all the time gone?
i was feeling pretty optimistic because a dress that i've had my eye on (that i couldnt afford because it was $119) went on sale yesterday for 70% off so it was like $35 and got it as like a 'bday present' for myself..
but after hearing someone brag about getting two betsey johnson dresses and 2 pairs of betsey johnson shoes, and a pair of $2600 diamond earrings and two dogs for $1500 each, it took the shine away from my dress. even though the dress is super cute.
why cant i just be happy with what i have? i mean, i am.. but it just .. took the joy right out of it.
materials are just that, and cant go with us in the afterlife.
