so lately i've been trying to be healthier.

after literally gaining 33lbs in a matter of a month!!! i know i was like.. malnourished but i went wayyyy overboard with being lazy and eating all this crap!

its only been 3 days but ive lost alot of weight. doing it healthily of course..

veggies, fruits.. salads.. and lots of exercise.

it feels good when you get it started.. and hopefully its not shortlived like all my other attempts.
