I have to leave my other spa now, too. He's restructuring the payments, and instead of a flat hourly rate, we'll be getting a percentage. Which would be fine - better, in fact - if I worked a shift where people payed full price, but I don't: I work the morning, and everyone gets a discount. I like it there, but not enough to take a pay cut. Crap crappity crap crap. Crap.
