Long time no see, LJ.
This was going to be my Room with a View entry, but then I realised I'd neglected the view and also built the room wrong, so I'm just going to put it here.
Shortly after David's little brother moved into the spare bedroom, he started to take an interest in the lighthouse. A few months after that, he started saying it was sending him messages (possibly in morse code, but some sneaky, complicated version only he could understand), which everyone dismissed as absurd - the place was abandoned and automated many years before. Despite this, Halil's theories grew to take up more and more of his time, his room filled up with beach debris and he babbled incoherently about 'future loops' and 'alternate fields'.
One day, after a particularly stormy night, he just disappeared.
I feel like my decorating style is getting steadily bleaker, I don't know. In other news my neighbourhood and playing style is kind of in bits and I haven't felt like making much lately, so I'll probably just be lurking about. As usual.
