I've been telling some of the people coming by for treatment that I've been hearing a lot about the gang in the Grounds getting weak and its members leaving from other patients. Look for that rumour spreading.

Also apparently Cancellarius Tansel is within the Hour. Don't know much more than that right now. He's hiding, looks like.
