Expanding on Godric's post:
+ Belief is now amplified by about 25%. What this means is that it will take 1) less people Believing something to make it happen and 2) Belief will work faster. It will still require more than an offhand remark for something to have an effect, but characters will still want to watch what they say. We're not going to enforce ICC for Belief; it's up to you if you want to say your character is affected.
+ He's activated what is, essentially, a direct line to the source of Belief itself. Think of it as Belief to order: he can use Belief to make something happen without there being a requisite number of other people Believing it. Being Godric, he really has no idea what he wants to make happen, only that he'd like to play around with it. There are definite limitations on what he can and can't do; for the sake of not seriously fucking with anyone, he will not kill anyone via Belief. And, given that it is still Belief, anything he makes happen has to still be... well, believable. He can't suddenly overrun Tyrol with dinosaurs, turn Rasmus into a lady, or... you get the picture. Strange things could definitely happen since it is Tyrol, but it has to be within the realms of Tyrol-possibility.
This will be a temporary event; it'll last about a month. Once things start going visibly bonkers Godric will put things back to normal to avoid an upset (although hopefully he'll get one anyway). This will revert Belief back to the level it was at before, but will not undo anything created/changed by Belief during the event.
So! If there are any specific things you'd like to happen via SuperBelief, you need to 1) let us know (just comment here, or if you wanna hash something out over e-mail that's cool too!) and 2) have your character(s) contact Godric if they have a SuperBelief request (I expect some of the Adepts will let it slip; rumour mill, etc, Tyrol loves its gossip). There are a few people he'd do things for without payment, but be prepared to offer him something if you make a request. Funding, favours, information, etc. We can work it out; just let me know if you need help with ideas!
