SixTONES Crosstalk Duet May 2016
Hi o/ SixTONES talk about what they're doing with their day to day lives and their upcoming Crea performances.
They do this thing where they all make a sentence from saying little phrases one at a time, and it was a bit hard to translate properly. I changed the order they said stuff in and paraphrased it a bit to try and make it make sense, but it still sounds a little weird sorry D:

Kouchi: Let’s figure out who has the most fulfilling private life!
Tanaka: Yesterday, I got up at 6 in the morning and sent my little brother off, then I went to do my junior activities, then I went out for dinner with Shintaro and (Kikuchi) Fuma. After that I went to karaoke with some different friends, and then I went out with some friends from my home town. Full of activity!
Kyomoto: Okay then I guess Juri wins at having the most fulfilling private life.
Everyone: (Getting up from their seat) Okay let’s go home! Ahahaha!
Morimoto: No no, let’s do it properly.
Matsumura: Mine is also really fulfilling!
Jesse: Um, it definitely isn’t. It’s “sleep, books, food, bath” right?
Matsumura: I get up at 9 in the morning, read a Monet art book, eat lunch, clean my room, watch a movie, read a book, watch TV… (omitted)
Tanaka: Damn, even though it’s so boring his day is jam packed!! (lol)
Matsumura: No way, it’s because it’s fulfilling! It’s amazing!
Kyomoto: …(quietly closes his eyes).
Kouchi: What I’ve been doing recently is sleeping until noon, then going and borrowing a DVD, and then watching it at home… The end! Okay, Shintaro?
Morimoto: The other day I went out for yakiniku 3 days in a row!
Tanaka: I’ve done 3 days in a row too.
Jesse: Me too.
Morimoto: Doesn’t your stomach hurt?
Jesse: Yeah it’s pretty tough.
Morimoto: The first day I went with Juri and Kouchi. The second day was with Takahashi Kaito. The third day was with my friends. My stomach felt pretty tired, but it was really good!
Jesse: I’m going to see a lot of shows. I’ve been to see both the matinee and evening performances of Domoto Koichi-kun’s “SHOCK”, and Domoto Tsuyoshi-kun’s live. I’m taking in a lot. I went to Taiga’s stage play too!
Kyomoto: It wasn’t just Jesse, all of the other members have come to see it too which made me happy. But I’m always doing work for the stage play, so my private time is just going home and playing with my dog.
Kouchi: The other day when we all went to a theme park together, Kyomoto had to go to his stage play and couldn’t come.
Jesse: When we went Hokuto was really excited. Kind of like “What are we going to ride next? What should we do??” (lol).
Kouchi: And when we went on a really fast roller coaster, one of Hokuto’s contact lenses flew out and it was a pain.
Everyone: Ahahahaha!
Tanaka: When I sent a photo of all of us having fun in our group chat, Kyomoto-kun lined up soft toys from that theme park in his room, and took a photo of himself wearing something on his head and sent it to us (lol). Next time let’s go somewhere Kyomoto-kun wants to go to.
Kyomoto: I want to go to Kyoto!
Everyone: That seems fun!
Tanaka: Kyomoto-kun knows a lot about Kyoto.
Kouchi: It would be good if we were actually able to go. But first, we all have to try our best at our Crea performances.
Jesse: That’s right. At our Crea last year, we introduced our name “SixTONES” didn’t we.
Kyomoto: Last year I was appearing in another stage play, and it was suddenly decided that I would be in Crea too, so I couldn’t appear in every performance.
Tanaka: This time, we can do it properly with all six of us which is good!
Kyomoto: Yeah, I’m really looking forward to it!
Matsumura: Last time we did stuff like double dutch and comedy skits, stuff that we hadn’t done before right? I want us to do stuff we want to do, and create new things this year too.
Tanaka: I think it will become like a “lucky dip” crammed full of stuff all of us want to do!
Morimoto: I want us to do duets since we didn’t do them last year. I think that the MC will definitely be funny too.
Kouchi: I want to make SixTONES’ performances leave the most impression on people who see it.
Jesse: We are all close friends but I want to do a performance where we don’t collude with each other too much, and where we don’t forget about the fact that we are rivals!
Matsumura: Okay then, last of all let’s show our enthusiasm for Crea! How about we all say a small phrase one by one, so that it becomes a sentence when we put them all together?
Tanaka: Okay then, I’ll go first. Okay, “All of us together are”.
Kouchi: “SixTONES”.
Everyone: …
Kouchi: …
Everyone: Ahahahaha! It can’t finish after two people!!
Kouchi: Ahahaha!
Matsumura: Okay, let’s try again.
Tanaka: Okay, this time Shintaro can start!
Matsumura: If we go by the order we’re sitting in then I’m worried about the second phrase… After all, it’s Kyomoto!?
Tanaka: Let’s just try it, okay go!
Morimoto: “This year’s Crea will be”
Kyomoto: “One way or another!”
Everyone: What, “one way or another”...?
Tanaka: It’s a bit weird but let’s just roll with it (lol).
Tanaka: “A production”.
Kouchi: “That summarises”.
Jesse: “Everyone’s ideas”.
Matsumura: “That we put together”.
Everyone: ……
Matsumura: Well, after all wasn’t “one way or another” no good? Let’s make it more positive sounding (lol).
Morimoto: I’ll change it to what Juri said earlier. “All of us together are”!
Kyomoto: “Positively”!
Matsumura: I said that before… (lol).
Tanaka: “A production”!
Kouchi: “That summarises”!
Jesse: “Everyone’s ideas”!
Matsumura “That we put together”!!
Everyone: Hahahaha!
Matsumura: In the end it was the same as last time!
Morimoto: Okay, how about Hokuto starts.
Matsumura: Okay, I’ll go! “SixTONES’ first Crea”.
Jesse: “A shining light”!
Kyomoto: “Where that star is”!
Morimoto: “Let’s get excited!”.
Tanaka: Um… “Even though we say that”
Everyone: Ahahahaha! So close!
Tanaka: Shintaro’s was no good!
Morimoto: Okay then “Singing and dancing”!
Tanaka: “And laughing”.
Kouchi: “And crying, we will make a production with all of that”!
Everyone: What? Are we going to cry? (lol)
Matsumura: Come on guys! Let’s try one more time, “SixTONES’ first Crea”.
Jesse: “A shining light”.
Kyomoto: “Where that star is”.
Morimoto: “Singing and dancing”.
Tanaka: “And laughing”.
Kouchi: “We’ll do our best with all our might!”.
Everyone: We’ll do our best!! (Clapping)
