"Charlie, our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel cross, disappeared from our backyard on the Gold Coast sometime during the morning of Monday, 16 June 2008.
Charlie is very distinctive. He looks very much like a blenheim Cavalier with spaniel ears and a long tail. He is a just little taller than most Cavs. He was wearing a blue reflective collar with a name tag and my phone number on it when he went missing. He is microchipped and desexed. He only has one eye and is just 3 years old.
Charlie is well trained and has a beautiful, loving, gentle Cavalier nature. I've raised him since he was 8 weeks old. He slept at my feet while I worked, we walked every day and he slept with us every night. He holds so much emotional value to me and was very well cared for - I consider him my first child. We are expecting our first human child in just 6 weeks and are absolutely devastated that he may not be here to greet his "sister". We are even more upset that we have no idea what happened to him and whether he is safe.
If anyone has seen Charlie we would be most grateful for any information."
