I always used to look down upon those persons in my classes--even from 2nd grade, when my first "assignment notebook" was introduced to me--who kept strict tally of projects, assignments and goals to do. You know the ones--the teacher's pets (even though I was oft a "pet" of many of my teachers, but I'm talking about the goody-goody right-on-target ( Read more... )

Hey, long time no hear from you! Hope you're doing well. Anyways, I'll try to give the simplest way to put pics up on your livejournal.

1. Sign up for a Photobucket account here. You will upload your photos onto this free site.

2. Once you upload all the photos, you will see all of them kind of thumbnailed on the page with various names for each file under each photo. What you'll need to do is copy the source of each photo onto your update page. The best way to do this is while you have Photobucket open, open a new internet window and go to the page where you update on LJ.

3. Under each thumbnail you'll see the word Tag followed by some HTML. It looks like
. Copy that entire thing and then paste it in your update page at Livejournal. If you want, you can preview your pic before you fully post.

4. Now what your friend did was put the pictures under a cut because the photos were quite big. You can do that too if you have a lot of pics. What you'll have to do is this.
Enter the following in your Livejournal: <*lj-cut*>
Now take that tag thing from Photobucket and paste that next. Do it as many times as you need to.
When you are finished type this in: <*/lj-cut>
IMPORTANT: TAKE OUT THOSE STARS (**) when you enter the whole thing in. Otherwise it won't work.

I hope it works out and I can't wait to see the pics! I sound like a dork but I had to learn from someone else how to do what I taught you. I only know very VERY basic HTML. Good luck! BTW, you make the cutest Batman I've ever seen!
