"A MOTHER is facing prison after her daughter illegally downloaded music from the Internet. Computer illiterate Sylvia Price has been told to fork out £4,000 to the British Phonographic Industry or risk gaol. Daughter Emily, 14, had been using file-sharing sites [sic] to download 1,400 songs for free without telling her mother. The girl insists she did not realise she was doing anything wrong. Ms Price, of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, said she did not know where she would get the money from. 'I'll have to go to prison,' she said. The 53-year-old is legally responsible for the fine despite not knowing how to use a computer. 'I'm worried,' she said." - Metro 21.06.2005
