Yoga and running

On both fronts, I feel surprisingly strong. While that would generally seem good, my inner connection to my body is lacking. As a result, my exercises feel oafish; almost like I am lumbering through the motions with heavy gestures. Regardless of how any of this feels, I know I need to be consistent in each effort. My current goal is to be able to quiet my mind and find some humility in these early days of training.
