Day 2: My body feels much less troubled by my re-acquaintance with yoga. After the initial shock, everything within me seems to remember how to cooperate, even though I still faced a number of challenges. I even managed to smile a few times, when I was unable to assemble a pose smoothly (smiling being one of the most challenging modifications in yoga). I was most disappointed by my lack of core strength; I was most proud of my spirited dhanurasana. Though I am still alone through my yoga practice, I feel closer to all, the world.
