A memorable season
12 has her hands more than a little full at the moment, so I thought I would pick up the slack as it were and give you a little update.
Has this been a crazy hurricane season or what? Not only do we currently have 4 active Atlantic systems, one of them is a regeneration! Hurricane Ivan hit the Mobile Bay/Gulf Shores area and now its reminants have regenerated into a tropical storm of the Texan coast. In addition, Hurricane Jeanne has now decided to turn around and threaten the East coast. Throw in the huge cloud of uncertainty surrounding Tropical Storm Lisa and we could very well have the most expensive and deadliest hurricane season of all time.
The Pacific had its interesting points as well. We had a typhoon that actually hit the northwestern coast of Mexico. We've had a few systems but nothing as incredible as what the Atlantic has dished this season.
Poor 10 has been ill as of late and trying to help 12 where she can. She's currently doing stuff with Ivan when she's not playing up her sickness for attention. *shake antennae*
Perhaps I can coerce 12 into making an entry soon and she can tell you all about it.
