Continuation?

So since today was a holiday (Labor Day, for those of you not in the US), my parents decided that we needed to Plan a Family Outing, which long story short, we planned this morning after my dad dragged me out of bed at 9am. D: It was more or less the usual process of 1. mom gets mad that no one else is planning, 2. dad tells Ryan and I to plan, 3. we make a plan that's good enough for us, 4. that plan's not good enough and my dad tries to get us to think of something else, 5. no one can think of anything and my mom gets mad again, 6. we finally actually make a plan and then execute it, and it's not really that much fun. We went bowling first, which was sorta fun (even though I suck REALLY BADLY), but then we went to walk around Old Sac for a while, which...wasn't really all that fun. :/ I'm 25 and my brother is 23. Day trips with our parents are not exactly our ideal way of spending a day off. I'm glad my parents want to spend time with us, but really, these kinds of trips we try to plan rarely turn out that well. Apparently my parents haven't picked up on that trend yet. And even though I said "long story short," this still became sort of tl;dr. My bad. ^_^;; On to more exciting things!

I got my AAA photobook on Saturday~! ♥ It's amazing. It's gorgeous. Somehow I never found the scans for it, which is part of why I was excited when I saw that it was apparently being re-released. And now I have my own copy and it's so fantastic. It's way better than the Arashi Is Alive! photobook. And it has kind of a lot of Ohmiya, which I am totally down with. Especially in the Korea journal part, both of their pictures are of each other, hahaha. I love it~ Does anyone know if there are translations of this photobook anywhere? Since there are a few places with kind of a lot of writing. Not that it's a big deal, really, since it's probably all stuff I've heard before, but.

I was debating if I should do some more memes, but instead, I decided to work on my Sakumiya fic a bit, which I started like, what, a month ago or something for sapah_fu? I have no idea how the Ohmiya got in there. >_> I blame the Ohmiya fic I sorta accidentally read earlier tonight. It's still not done, but I figure I may as well post what I have so far. The next time I work on it, I'll be able to finish it, I think. *apparently has a short attention span for writing*

"YES! Whooo! I am unbeatable!"
Nino pulled his hat further down over his eyes, but he could still hear Sho throw the PlayStation remote to the ground and start dancing around the dressing room.
"I won! No one can beat me! I'm the greatest soccer player in the world!"
Good lord, was Sho really 27? How long was he planning to carry on like this? And then, just when it seemed like things couldn't get much worse, he heard Aiba's voice.
"Sho-chan, what are you doing? What are you dancing around for?"
"I've been playing this soccer game for like a month, and I finally beat it!" he said breathlessly. "The last team was really hard, but I wouldn't give up!"
"I know exactly how that feels! It's like the time I-"
Nino groaned and stood up from the chair he'd been slouching in in the far corner of the room, then over to the center of the room where the TV and game console were.
"You guys are so noisy, seriously. Can't a guy relax in peace and quiet? Sho-chan, why aren't you reading a newspaper or something?"
Sho pouted. "I just wanted to beat the game... Besides, there's no News Zero this week, so I have a little extra free time."
"But still...seriously. Besides, beating that game isn't really a big deal."
"But it is for me..."
"What, have you played this game, Nino-chan?" Aiba asked.
"I beat it months ago," Nino replied, laying on the couch and stretching himself out. "It was a decent game, but not the best. Besides," he added, pulling his hat back down over his eyes, "if you really want to measure your skill, Sho-san, you should play against a real person, not the computer."
Sho sat down on the floor next to the couch and put his hand on Nino's arm. "Well then, why don't we play? You may be good at video games, but I can really play soccer, so I think I can win!"
Nino looked at Sho from under the brim of his hat. "You think you can beat me?"
Sho met his gaze. "I think I have a chance."
"Fine then. But not right now. Tomorrow, we'll play at my house, since I have a big TV. I won't go easy on you."
"I wouldn't expect any less." Sho grinned. Nino tried to fight a smile as he pulled his hat down completely over his face.
"Alright then. So in return, for now you let me sleep."
"Deal."
Nino could swear he heard Aiba smother a laugh.

Nino was playing the soccer game on his PlayStation when the doorbell rang.
Pausing the game, he slid off the couch and walked over to the door. He opened it, expecting just Sho to be there. When he saw Jun, Aiba and Ohno grinning at him from the doorway too, he groaned. “So it’s all five of us, is it?”
“Well, why not?” Jun punched Nino lightly on the arm as he walked past him into the apartment. “We all have the day off.”
“Besides, it’ll be fun,” Aiba chimed in. “And we brought food!”
“Well, at least you’re not all completely useless,” Nino conceded, noting the convenience store bags the four were carrying.
“You’ve moved some furniture around since the last time I was here,” Ohno observed. “Wasn’t the couch against the far wall before, instead of the back wall?”
“Uh…yeah, it was,” Nino mumbled, pointedly annoying a snort from Jun.
“What, Leader’s been here before? That’s not fair! How come I never got to come over before?” Aiba complained from across the room as he started taking drinks out of a bag and setting them on the dining room table.
“It was just once. We had…something to talk about.”
“I’m sure you did,” Jun said brightly. Nino glared at him.
Sho coughed. “So anyway…hey, were you practicing?” He pointed at the television, where Nino’s game was still paused. “Don’t tell me you’re scared I’m gonna beat you?” He started poking Nino in the side.
Nino slapped his hands away. “I didn’t have anything else to do, okay? So what, are we eating first, or play-oh, I guess we’re eating,” he finished as he saw Ohno unwrap an onigiri and take a huge bite. Ohno looked up at Nino sheepishly.
“I think eating first is a good idea anyway,” Aiba added, digging through another bag. “I’m starving! I haven’t eaten all day.”
“Aiba-chan, it’s only noon. That only means you skipped breakfast,” Sho mumbled through a mouthful of food.
“I have a high metabolism, okay?” Aiba retorted. Ohno was, to Nino’s disbelief, already unwrapping another onigiri.
After they had spent about half an hour virtually demolishing the convenience store food, the five left the garbage-strewn dining room table in favor of the living room. Nino and Sho sat on the couch. Jun pulled up a chair, Aiba sat on the floor with his back against the couch, and Ohno laid down on his stomach. He looked like he was ready to curl up and take a nap when Aiba poked him. “Leader, don’t fall asleep! We have to watch Nino-chan and Sho-chan duke it out!” Ohno replied with a noncommittal grunt and propped himself up in his elbows.
“I’m with Aiba-chan. Don’t you dare fall asleep, Captain,” Nino agreed, kicking Ohno lightly in the side. “I don’t want you to miss me beating Sho-chan to a pulp.” He glanced to his side to see Sho’s reaction.
Sho only grinned. “We’ll see, won’t we? Alright, let’s get this show on the road!” He bounced up and down on the couch, accidentally kicking Aiba in the head in the process.
“I can see this is going to go nowhere if someone doesn’t actually take action,” Jun said, getting up from his chair and hitting Sho in the head, while Aiba still complained loudly about being kicked by Sho. Jun picked up the PlayStation remotes from the floor next to the television and handed them to Nino and Sho. He then turned the television and the game system on before going back to his chair.
Feeling somewhat sheepish, Nino started choosing the game’s settings when Sho protested.
“Hey, why is it a ten-minute game? That’s too long! I’ve only played five-minute games before.”
“Well, you’re not playing against the computer now, are you?” Nino replied without looking away from the screen. “Now, we choose our players…”
“Wait, that’s not fair!” Sho whined. “I’ll have to totally change my strategy!”
“Well, I don’t play short games, so. Pick your players, will you?”
“Fine,” Sho pouted, then quickly became indignant again. “Hey! How come you got to choose your players first? You took almost everyone I was going to pick!”
“Home field advantage,” Nino said dismissively.
“Home field advantage? What’s that supposed to mean? This isn’t-”
“-fair, I know,” Nino finished. “You do know that you only have fifteen more seconds to choose.” When Sho yelped and panicked to pick his players, it was all Nino could do to keep a straight face.

I didn't even read this over, so forgive any glaring errors? Feedback is always welcome too. :D I don't know why the formatting on the first part is being retarded, even though I changed it in Word. Whatever, copy and paste.

EDIT: So this week's Shukudai-kun is kind of a must-watch, you guys. For so many reasons. Heck, someone even translated one of the key sections already. There is a TON of Sakuraiba, Juntoshi, and some Yama Pair too. Oh, and remember me talking in that other post about my white tank top fetish? ♥
