by the grace of some god, i managed to get my cumulative GPA to a 3.8. which means, if i get honors (which i think there may be a 50% chance i do), i'll graduate suma cum laude (sp?)! i don't know exactly what that entails, but as a couple notable people have pointed out, it looks like it says "some cum loudly" which is a priceless thing for your ( Read more... )

congrats! My mom got all excited cuz I found out I'm graduating honors and magna cum laude (lol cum) but I'm pretty sure I will fuck my gpa up the ass at the last second so I told her not to count on that or tell relatives, lol.

dethklok is going on tour! they're playing the showbox on june 3rd. there's still tickets, they're relatively cheap, you should definitely come with! brandon is convinced he's going to meet pickles, no matter how many times i try to gently explain to him that metalocalypse is a cartoon. boys are delicate creatures. delicate, idiotic creatures.

woo for latin honors! we're all awesome

i think the systems for these vary by school. i got 3.85 and it was magna cum laude. our school had only 6 summa cum laude cuz that's the highest honors level. i think they got 4.0s or something.
