I'm sorry I didn't meta last week but when I dislike an episode as much as I did last week I hate to write something that doesn't have anything nice to say about the episode at the same time. That's being said lets do this thing.
Noah continues to have the life leached out of him by boring Kate in an effort to get laid. It seems to go well since Kate is willing to risk her job not once but twice. I would like to know how this woman got into the CIA, she's not only boring but she does whatever the hell she wants when she wants and doesn't seem to care who gets in the way. I'd say Noah can do better but given his luck with anyone I think he's stuck.
I do have to hand these two the stupid award for assuming Eli was after them. He didn't even bother giving them a second look after Noah shot out his clone...so what do this two do. They run for the bathroom without the lap top or the files. Matt is looking smarter and smarter this season and that's saying something.
Anyway Noah also figures out Claire stole the compass too late to do anything about it other then angst about his life and point out to a freaked out Lauren that she wiped her own memory. That's a great way to impress a lady really force her to remember she didn't want to in the first place. Noah really knows how to woo a girl.
Claire grows a backbone and a brain and decides to explore Samuel's world despite her roommates constant bitching about the Carnival of Super Freaks. For someone who claims to be a freak herself, Gretchen really was harshing Claire's buzz. I think it was pretty cool that Claire decided to make her own choices. And her brief scene with Doyle made me squee. You could tell she was really excited to see him and he was happy to see her.
My only beef with her plot line is that now I seem to ship her and Samuel....hard. Who wouldn't what with the touching and the story telling and the sitting close enough to kiss. Lydia even seemed to be saying "Oh hit that already," at the end of the episode.
Story telling Samuel can come to my library anytime by the way, Robert did a great job with those kids.
To Adrian and Milo, well done sirs. You took a crappy story line and made it your own. Nathan couldn't ask for a better send off and the Sylar/Peter fall out promises to be epic if that cheeky little salute was anything to go by.
But one note: Angela is a bitch for lying to you and yet Peter boo you head right back into her arms. At least make her suffer a little bit first, you know cut up her credit cards or something. Also writers stop trolling Live Journal for scripts I'm sure I've seen that Sylar/Peter scene somewhere on
heroes_slash See you in a month guys lets hope they can keep it up!
