Parvati, I am sorry that I didn't ask you about everything before it happened. It wasn't fair, just to spring it. You were right for getting mad ( Read more... )

I wouldn't have been mad if I had known that first, you know.

I sort of thought it was obvious. I'm sorry.

Well, I wouldn't have gotten that mad, at least.

And it was, a little, but I didn't want to say anything because it's just awkward and I reckoned you would have told me about it first.

I'm sorry, I should have. I mean, we used to tell each other everything before Hogwarts.

I should have told you first.

I like all gifts as long as they are gifts for me.

I have already used it. Twice.

Oh my.

Twice? The whole jar?

No, the glass. That is a lot, though. For what it was.

Is?

Well, I suppose is. Metaphorically speaking, I suppose.

You wouldn't happen to be incredibly intoxicated, would you?

It wasn't silly if it made you angry, Pads. I'm not exactly the sensitive type. Just thump me in the shoulder if I get out of line about something like that.

Well, it wasn't really that thing that had me so mad, really. I just thought that if I got angry with you publically, then I should publically apologize as well.

But you had me cheered up later quite a bit.

Well, my point's still valid. No worries.

That type of cheering up is my speciality, you know. Always up for it.

Ok.

And I will be. Quite a bit, I think.

Padma?

D'you think I could come over? Mum and Dad aren't being... well, I had a fight with Mum, and I think I'd best let it blow over. Dad agrees.

I know it's awfully late.

Oh! Of course, Hermione. Can you floo, or do you want Roger and I to come and get you? I can't remember if you got your license or not.

I need to be picked up. I'm not going to walk all the way to a Tube station at night. I don't even know if the Tube runs this late at night. It's never been a problem. Is it going to be broomsticks, though? I don't like broomsticks much. I suppose I'll live.

We'll make a portkey before we leave, ok? I've got Roger making one now.

Do you want to take the Knight Bus, then meet us at the Cauldron? If not, we'll just Apparate.
