Pumpkin Cheesecake? .... Check!

I decided to make some pumpkin cheesecake for thanksgiving dinner, but since I wanted to make 2 I doubled the recipe. I used store bought graham cracker crust, and the recipe was for a 12 inch springform pan (which I don't have, nor have money for). Needless to say the store crusts were much smaller, so I ended up making 6 cheesecakes. They were rather tasty though (just ask dastardlybard), but I still have some if anyone is interested.
