Costume Idea
In the hopes to save some money, I have decide to start planning my costumes for conventions I am attending next year. This lead to an extensive viewing of all my Sci-fi shows for inspriration.
If you guys know me for any amount of time, you will learn two things 1. My fondness for comic books and 2. My love for one in particular Witchblade. Please don't ask me to explain. I'm not sure why I like it so much. It must have something to do with short lived series on TNT (which is were I discovered the witchblade story).
Any why back on target. I was watching one of the episdoes and searching the internet for more Witchblade memorbalia when I had two "clouds parting, sun shining down, choir of celestial being sing joyously moments of crystal clarity and happiness."
The first being they are making a Witchblade movie that according to some source started filming last month. With a premiere date of May 2009 (Sweet!)
The Second, oh my god. One of my costumes can be a witchblade costume.
I'm genius right! Well, their is slight problem with this. The witchblade costume is pretty much non-exsistent in the comic books.
The clouds came rolling back in and choir was laughing.
What is a girl to do?
Well, one, not give up. I love Withblade and I would love to pay omage to it with a costume.
I just have to get the old cogs moving. Thank god have a few months before I really need to get everything together to have a costume.
