Hello again!
Hello again! I know I have been away. Work has been getting the better of me. I decide to post some of the poems I've written over the years. Some of them found today while I was cleaning out my office. Once upon I time I fancied myself a writer. Then time, hardships and dare I say boyfriend got in the way. I like that person. The girl who was in love with words, so I thought I would introduce her to you guys. Maybe ignite the spark again.

I tried to see your pain but mine is to luminous.
A promise made
Protection offered
Forfeited because of lies & fuck ups to numerous to mention
To seedy to forget.
I hate you does not encompass when hate has no home here.
I still love you means nothing when love seeps from wounds suffered.

Broken in a thousand different ways
Into a thousand different pieces
I can see each jagged little edge
Haphazardly pieced together with spit and a prayer.
The fracture lines, a delicate road map to each sin committed in the name of free will.
What so free about will?
It is dictated by want and desire
Lust of thy neighbor 's prized possessions
And the need to be a little better then those before.....
A little less empty.
Will is not free
It is offered up to highest bidder
For the greatest cost.
