I'm looking for a Writing Meter that I can use for my writing sticky post to record my progress.  I found one but it has a set word limit of 50,000 words and obviously I need one I can adjust.  Anyone know of a good one?

Grrrr! Before I moved to London I had to strip my computer back to its factory settings and then I had to go through the painful process of reloading all of the programs I had added but I forgot to do my Microsoft Office 2007 stuff and now it has locked the trial version on me which is fucked because I can't write or do job stuff without word... I need a free program that will allow me to edit audio files (mp3), for example I want to remove some off the recording from the start and from the end.

Any ideas?
