For some reason I've had an issue going through the self-checkout lane at Shaws. I mean, there's nothing difficult about it, I just never really liked doing it. Well, I suppose you need a balance, really, in terms of your thinking. I certainly tend to favor abstract thought over factual, scientifically-proven things, and I really envy your ability to fathom all of that, because it's definately more applicable to life and you'll never have to worry about people dismissing you as ignorant.

Actually, outwardly, you seem to be doing pretty well for yourself in terms of taking things from "column A and B" as you said. I don't think you necessarily have to be innocent to be well-rounded in your perspective on the world, I'm not sure that knowledge can extinguish a sense of wonder as there's a lot that can't be proven or thought about in very formulaic terms.

Anyway....it's cool that you remember stuff like. The first dream I really remember from when I was little was about Jabba the Hutt. Perhaps that was not quite as scintillating...
