Does anyone know how to get the base (metal part) of a lightbulb out of the socket? But here's the odd part... the glass bulb is still inside the base... except it's loose, making it impossible to turn. The edge of the base is ~flush with the edge of the socket, making it near impossible to grip it with pliers, even if the bulb still wasn't in it.
