381 - What is it you like about yourself?
Well, I don't like to blow my own horn so to speak. But if I did have to pick one thing about myself, it would be the fact that I can get along easily with almost anybody.
I know that I was pretty annoying when I first started working for Kermit on the Muppet Show, especially with my whole "my uncle owns the theater" schtick. But despite that I was able to get along with the other members of the crew almost immediately. Now that I think back on it I'm pretty sure that part of that was effort on their parts to keep me happy, so that Uncle J.P. would be happy, but the optimistic in me likes to think that some part of them genuinely liked me.
It's a quality that comes in handy when dealing with the guest stars as well. If I can get along with them well and make them feel a bit more at ease, then they'll be able to handle doing the show better, to say nothing of dealing with the cast and crew.
Or, at least that's what I like to think.
