Sat was Charity Day. I have always wanted to do some charity work by bringing children out. This was a good chance. I have been to old folk's home but never had the chance to interact with kids. This was my first time. KC's company had an event and he can bring one person along.
Our task is to bring the kids from a Home to Singapore Discovery Centre and then followed by watching the Ratatouille movie that was screening there. I have not watched the movie so I was just as excited to watch the show.
We arrived at the Home to fetch the kids. It seems that there are too many volunteers as compared to the kids available so we did not manage to grab a kid to look after. Sigh..kinda of disappointed...actually I also not very sure how to look after a kid..so must be a blessing..can watch the movie in peace :P
However when we reached the SDC, we ended up looking after this super naughty boy cos the person looking after him kinda of give up. He is really very mischievous. Run here run there. OMG. I was chasing him around the place. End up it was like 6-7 adults looking after this kid at one point of time until they all gave up and only left KC and I. Super super naughty. If he is my son, I think I will have smack him right on the spot. ARGH. Totally cannot stay still for a while. KC was a bad boy too cos he let him run around and said tt it is healthy. ARGH. I realised next time if we really have kids..there are going to be different views on how the kid should grow up. KC is as mischievous as the kid. :(
It was a super tiring day and despite how cute the kid look..I think it is quite scary. I used to think it will be nice to have kids but seriously if he is going to be as naughty as this boy..I will seriously reconsider..he really freaked me out..I think maybe a girl will be better..but Kc say that if the boy grows up like a girl..then it is no good also..which is true..yikes...
Ratatouille was a great cartoon though and I enjoyed it alot!! Luckily the kid sat with another friend instead of us so I can enjoy the show in peace..acutally not really in peace cos he was behind me and he was eating pop corns which Kc bought for him and he cleaned his hands on my hair after he was done eating..argh..my hair smell of pop corns after that..sigh...I think I can be really patient with kids that are not mine..but if they are mine..grrr..i think they are in for a beating...

Haha..taking photo with the kid then the little girl happily come into the photo. Hehe..this looks like some happy family photo :P Hmm but why do I feel that KC looks like a kid as well.
Oh ya forget to mention, when we sign the form..they saw both our surnames the same, the organiser thought I was his sister..sigh wonder is older or younger :(
