(no subject)
my students told me that they don't want to take the final. at least, people who currently have A's think they should be exempt from the final exam. i am seriously considering it. because i do not want to grade finals.
ohhhhhhh
the holiday party was very good. did i post about that last night? i am very sociable when i have no idea what is going on.
god i hope everyone doesn't hate me. but then maybe i don't?
still soliciting good suggestions for band names. it has to be something so awesome that it would be a crime to not write an awesome epic rock and roll song with a name that good.
so i'm not looking for "the vacuums."
maybe something that ends in -theque. but whatever whatever.
oh november is over. i failed to write a novel. or much of everything. so it goes such is life.
oh but a friend of mine from korea told me that my thesis is probably right. which is good cause i pretty much just made it up and planned on doing the research later. my second reader (head of the department too) told me i should set myself a deadline of september, so that i can realistically have it done by january 09. i'm going to have hell of degrees.
now for orange juice and faulkner.
