Apartments and life in general...
Apartment hunting is harder than I thought it would be. Luckily, Miyako and I have Takeru to help us! I talked to my parents about moving out; Tou-san took it pretty well, though he keeps talking about having an empty nest and how old he's getting. Kaa-san, on the other hand, doesn't seem to like the idea too much. I think that she still thinks I'm 10, or maybe she just doesn't think I can take care of myself.
It's funny. When Onii-chan moved out, I remember saying I would never, ever leave this place, that I'd always live with our parents. I guess that shows just how much we're all growing up, huh?
On another note, Crazy Quiche Lady has a name: Narita-san. I went to visit last week, and she's actually a very nice person, though certainly a bit...quirky. She tells really interesting stories, too. I've been trying to visit when I can, but my class load is getting just a bit ridiculous. Aside from that, classes are going well, but I can't believe summer is practically over! Where did the time go? I still want to go to the beach again, but it's getting so chilly.
