Well, I think I have everything set to start classes tomorrow, though i'm not quite sure how this is going to work. The whole process of registering (and so forth) has seemed VERY disorganized. It's partly my fault, but partly Case's, too. Anyhow, I don't have to actually show up for any classes. They tape the lectures and mail them to me. My question is, when do I expect them? Will they get here Tuesday? Wednesday? I'll just have to wait (im)patiently for them to arrive. At the same time, I ordered my book from amazon, and it's on it's way, but I don't really know when to expect that, either. I kind of hope it gets here before I start getting lecture tapes, though.
In other news, we've been doing back-to-school shopping for Lynne. My wallet is crying, but I figure we only buy this many clothes once or twice a year, so it's ok. Plus we consolidated some of my (The PLUS loans are actually in my fathers name, and represent the bulk of my college debt. My parents couldn't afford to pay what hiram thought they should, and so they took out loans, which, in turn, they couldn't afford to pay back. Which means I get to. On top of Stafford loans. Grumble. But, I cut my minimum payment from $320 to $135 now. It won't be paid off as quickly if I pay less, but if I continue to make the same size payments we'll be done at the same time. I like the flexibility, though.) so everything works out fine. Oh, and we might buy me some stuff today, too.
