I passed my practical
I had my three hour cooking practical today for certification. I passed with an 85.I would have liked a higher grade but I'll take it. I lost points on plate presentation mostly because it took him so long to grade mine that by the time he got to it everything was cold. But whatever. Now I just need to take my written test some time next week and I will be a certified culinarian.
