So like ever since we went on the BCM trip to Lake Yale I've been trying to get FAMU on facebook. There were so many hoping that we would finally make it and when we did I didn't even know about it. I found out on my recent trip to Tallahassee and I was so sad b/c I thought I couldn't do it anymore b/c I an an alumnus. As of May 31st I am apart of "The Facebook" community and it is so great!! I see so many ppl that I thought I might not ever get in contact withj again. Its so awesome to see these ppl and have a way to keep in touch. You can even search for ppl by your high school. Now I had totally given up on seeing anyone from ASFA especially someone from the class of 2001 not even to mention those in the Math/Science Dept. Facebook has allowed me to find some of my friends from HS!! Isn't that great? The Facebook is definately a totally awesome thing and I'm glad that it finally got to FAMU. For all of you not on there yet go to thefacebook.com and register. You need to have your FAMU e-mail address to use it. Mine hadn't worked for 4 years and it did just in time for me to register.
