Okay, I saw this reference on more than a few LJs over the weekend, and I'm scratching my head something fierce. Anybody wanna explain it to this noob?

By the way, I entered the phrase into Google, but all I was able to glean was that:

1. It's a Doctor Who reference; and
   
2. It has something to do with Shakespeare and bisexuality!

This was definitely one of those rare occasions where Google was NOT my friend. :(

So please! Somebody tell me what that means and why it's funny and/or squeeful (is that even a word?)!
