UMMM. Your Star Trek stuff is GLORIOUS because, omg, the particular way you draw noses and lips really lends itself well to real people, but the piece that's standing out in my head is HOMER AND MARGE SIMPSON. AAAHHH OH GOD I LOVE THAT ONE SO MUCH. It's so simple, but beautiful!
And you. I'm inarticulate, but you. YOU are an inspiration! And your art is SICK! and I'm capsing when I should be italicizing, but I CAN'T BE ARSED, because I'm actually kinda yelling it in my head. I LOVE GLOCK ART!

Which is cool, because it leaves an impression.
Specifically though, I love it when you rock the backgrounds. And you can. You've done picture with such intricate backgrounds that I just want to stare for hours seeing all that you put in. Related to this, OMG but your fashion sense is awesome. Love the costumes you put characters in!
I also like your textures when you make CGI images. You've got a good feel for where and when to use those.
Ermm also your watercolors are loose and fresh and I love them.
and if you drew updated Dick/Garth I would send internet hugs your way *L* Seriously that just tickled me running smack into your art because I got all obsessed with a random DCU character

I've always been impressed with your always original interpretations of characters, your dynamic posing and costuming choices, your extremely distinctive style, and your fabulously broad range of subject matter. (I tend to check out your posts whether or not I have a clue about the fandom, which is a little unusual for me.) It's been awesome watching your work improve over the years. You're totally an inspiration. ♥

Not just the fact that I think you were born with a pencil in your hand (ouch!) but the way that you throw yourself into fandom, with volunteering at the conns, hosting and modding fests, taking over artbeta, etc etc etc.
I've also really enjoyed watching your journal go from pretty much only silly fanart/rl stuff, to more serious issues that have really opened my eyes and made me grow as a person.
Fandom is SO a better place with you in it. DON'T EVER LEAVE! *clings*

UM OKAY SO ASIDE FROM THE FACT THAT YOU ARE ONE OF MY FAVORITE PEOPLE ON LJ EVER, you are also what drew me to LJ/fanart in the first place and made it seem like such a wonderful place to be. You are so immensely creative and talented, I adore your style to pieces, and your personality matches your art--that is to say, AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME. I love that you don't really seem to limit yourself to anything, be it fandom, pairing, subject matter, etc. I love how much you love fanart and how you're just A REALLY GREAT ADVOCATE FOR IT because fanart is amazing and wonderful and deserves the love. :D
I WASN'T FINISHED WITH MY COMMENT, FU LJ.
Anyway ilu and I love looking at your art and OMG I loved collaborating with you SO MUCH, do you even know! ♥!!!!!

GREAT TIMING, ME. I MEAN...LJ.
All of my super-old stuff is on my super-old archive but don't worry about that because the main reason I commented was because you commented and I recognized the art in one of your icons and realised:
I LOVE YOUR ART
Way back I was browsing through artist favourites on DA to give myself an inspiration boost and I came upon your art of TJ and Amal and just pretty much lost my mind, it was all so amazing. Your style and colours and composition and techniques were all things I emulated! I am so so happy to find that you're on LJ as well!! And that you have a website dedicated to them! And just. Dude! You commented in my LJ!!! I'm having a fangirl moment, omg. *flails*
Sorry I keep editing, but YES. THIS was one of the arts that helped me redefine my own art style. <3 <3 <3

Yeah...whatever...I mean...I've been following your fanart for a bit (Read: YEARS).
One thing particularly distinctive about your fanart is that you rarely draw floating heads or throw characters into void and space. You always seem to create unique backgrounds that add to the composition and mood of each piece of fanart, and as a result, so many of your pieces just seem full and complete to me. :)
Also you draw the hot menz.
