GOD, Glock! You're one of my absolute HEROES!! You're keymash brilliant. I don't know how to pick.

UMMM. Your Star Trek stuff is GLORIOUS because, omg, the particular way you draw noses and lips really lends itself well to real people, but the piece that's standing out in my head is HOMER AND MARGE SIMPSON. AAAHHH OH GOD I LOVE THAT ONE SO MUCH. It's so simple, but beautiful!

And you. I'm inarticulate, but you. YOU are an inspiration! And your art is SICK! and I'm capsing when I should be italicizing, but I CAN'T BE ARSED, because I'm actually kinda yelling it in my head. I LOVE GLOCK ART!

I LIKE that you like to try out new styles and different techniques depending on the fandom/genre you're drawing for. THAT IS EFFORT THAT PAYS OFF. RIGHT THERE. I admire it because I wish I had the patience to do the same.

Your characterization man.
Same issue with Glock, at work, can't go get art, but some of the art you've done for the FA April Fools day really stick out.

Your good with poses and setting moods and just in general making intersting compositions. Even when I wouldn't know the fandom from a rcok, your art makes the characters interesting to look at because your are able to express emotions and such, which tells me what the picture is about even when I don't know the characters.

Also like Glockgal, you tend to have awesome fashion sense with the clothes you draw people in.

And and humor. When you do funny/parody art I always laugh.

I've mostly seen your work through yuletart, though every once in awhile it pops up on my radar in a fun and exciting way - which is generally how I'd characterize your work. :) It's dynamic, colorful, and often funny or surprising (oh god, your yuletart contribution last year). You're clearly not afraid to let go and mess around, which is just awesome. I can't wait to see what you've submitted this year!

AHAHAH GURL YOU HIT IT OLD SCHOOL, FOR REALS. Like your HP art is embedded into my mind as part of the group I knew when I got into the fandom, which means that your art, it can do not wrong.

Because I have no long-term memory, I LOVE your daily drawings, not just for the wide range of fandoms that your style goes so well in, but also that you DREW. DAILY. THAT IS SO AWESOME. I love that you can do super painterly and super cute and super illustrationy and SDKfhikrhaweliurhflifh. THAT NARUTO/SASUKE YOU DID. SO AMAZING TECHNIQUE OMG.

Your dedication man. I remember doing the daily and thinking my god, she posts every day!

Also there's a soft whimsyness in your style that I wish I could captrue sometimes. It's gorgeouse and really gives your art a wonnderful sentimental feeling.

It's no secret that I love your art! Half of that fandom list I do not know but I admire the way you can draw a scene... Usually though, if I know the fandom your art is from, I'll squee about it to you *nods*

I am massive fail at commenting on your fanarts, but I DO the lurk-n-look thing and one thing I always take away as inspiring from your art is the techniques you use. There's such a confident whimsy, you make it looks effortless to translate your style across so many different fandoms!

Oh, Ani! I loooooooooove when you use fat, fat black strokes around those bright blues and yellows. (Are those pastels?)

It's gorgeous and unique. And your chibis!!! HEE

Ahhh thank you! I'm kinda in love with outlining right now =P And Chibis. Part of me feels lazy for doing so many chibis but they are sooo cute and fun!

As for the pastels, ah no actually I don't ever work in pastels, not sinc school made me. Pastels get all over my hands and smear and make me cry *L*

But I think it's the cheap watercolor/gouache on sketchbook paper. Because of the tooth in the paper it can look like pastels, especially when I make the paint thick and drag it around.

OMG DUDE I know this is purely a teaser for everyone else, but the art you did for Yuletart this year. IT IS SO FABULOUS. I was so impressed with so many aspects of it, that when I was adding the watermark, I just took some time to admire the piece.

FLURG SO GOOD. Also, the art you did for snarry_games - greast idea, stunning execution!

You're awesomes. XD
