i'm really floating..
today was an amazing day. i think the only other time i felt this special among so many people was my bat mitzvah. EVERYONE found out about my acceptance. i don't even know how the word spread so quickly or why people i'm not even friends with cared so much, but i guess it was a combination of factors. i was the first to find out about one of the big schools, and so far i'm the only one in. i know it's a huge and unbelievable thing, i just didn't expect the reaction i got from everyone. =)
i can't even count all the congratulations and hugs i got today. it felt AMAZING. i can't even tell myself i didn't love every minute - because i DID. it still hasn't even fully clicked, but i'm so, so happy!
two other things topped off the day. i actually understood the bio lab and i wasn't all flustered and confused. woohoo! and, me and bart went to accept the awards that octagon won for raising money for juvenile diabetes. we won two really good awards - a bronze for raising a certain amount of money, and this gorgeous glass award for raising the most money from a school.
how much better can these two days get?!
