This week we're exploring Turkey. No, not the tasty bird, the country!
Our suggested menu for the week is a Turkish meze. Meze translates as "little dishes" and are meant to be shared. They are also adaptable for vegetarian or meat dishes.

Typical meze items include:
baba ganoush
hummus
borek
dolmas
kebabs

For more ideas about what to add to your meze, check out

Dessert for this week is Muhallebi.

And Google, of course, brings up a ton of results.

Next week's country is Egypt.
Suggested menu:

cous cous

vegetarian:

So, happy cooking, and Afiyet olsun!!
