so i totally wanted to give blood tomorrow just bc thats cool to me or something but, oh no i cant bc why? why? fucking grease, ill be "too tired" and risking the possibility of passing out, i should get it done just bc of that, then i wouldnt have to be in the damn show. friday is the mcs and soty concert and i was totally gonna skip grease for a ( Read more... )

hahaha, yeah lucky u only have to watch the movie. i fall asleep about every 5 min while readng it. if u r one of those people who cant fall asleep anywhere, well u will be able to fall asleep newhere if u attempt to read the book lol

that is definately one of my all-time favorite books. once you get into it, it's amazing. trust me on this one--i HATE almost all books assigned by school. example? i thought les miserables should have been fed to starving children in africa instead of read. as should have been the scarlet letter. and the dubliners. hell, i'd rather eat those books than read them. by comparison, the great gatsby is wonderful. [although in my opinion, it is wonderful on its own.]

Seriously, I think English teachers actually like, go out and look for the dullest, least interesting books ever written to torture their students with. I wouldn't know if it gets better because I couldn't endure the first chapter. I just looked up plot summaries on the internet.

lol, hurrah for sparknotes, i use those sometimes, but teachers often read them too and use questions that r not answered on them, so both is betta
