Rockin' Vacation
Yea baby!!!!!!! This vacation was so awesome. Well, it started off pretty relaxed and I had to deal with my mother's mood, but on Wed. night everything changed for the better.
Around 12 on Wed. Phil, Dave, and I decided to hang out...severe chillige, but by later that afternoon we had decided to go snowboarding at Yagoo Valley. I was a little cautios seeing as I had never been snowboarding, or any boarding for that matter. I had fun even tho I absolutly sucked, Dave was a good teacher, and everyone was having fun. Then Rissa invited Dave, Phil, and I up to her dad's house in Nashua, NH, to go snowboarding and stay over a night. Suprisingly my mother let me go, unfortunatly Dave couldn't come b/c he had to work.
I was pretty sore to start off and the first day a Cannon Moutain was really long and consisted of me totally whiping out, but at the same time Riss was a really good teacher, I was just in complete pain, so I didn't have as much fun as the others.
We decided to stay another night in Nashua and go to Cannon again, this day was a lot better. I got a professional lesson with this really cool guy, and I think he was hitting on me, but I am not sure. I learned some really cool stuff and now I can get down a moutain without totally killing my body. Snowboarding is an awesome sport I hope I can do more of it in the future.
My friends absolutly rock! I couldn't believe that they stayed with me even though at times all I wanted to do was finish. They are all so cool, I am so lucky to have met these people, I just wish that our paths crossed earlier in life.
