Time is passing at an un-natural rate. It's ridiculous. I can hardly keep up.
Girl time over pizza and wine. Scaring myself frantic of a large stuffed ape. Mellowness to Bob Dylan (♥). Listening to my brothers band and Haven kick ass at the Benchwarmer. Sex on the Beach and shooters.

I've been going down to Shannon's house a lot. Like every day.
Yesterday was Lauren's first day watching Ana and Cody. She'll be doing that Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's now. I will probably be down there as well for a good amount of that time because I like it down there.
Lauren and I drove in a hurricane to get to grandmother's house yesterday evening to play cards.
We went through muddy water so deep I'm thinking it nearly made my car stall. It really didn't look that deep, obviously, or else I wouldn't have tried to go through it... or maybe I just would've gathered more speed. hah.
The power was out once we got to their house, so Lauren and I ate dinner by oil lamp light. It was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
After eating we played Uno (I won..as usual) followed by Skip-Bo (grandma won).
The power was still off when we left, but it had stopped raining.
I'm off to Shannon's.
