Valentine's Day Challenge!
So me and prongs_padfoot thought that we should do a Valentine's Day contest! I'm really surprised there aren't more fics for the most romantic holiday of the year.
The contest begins right now! It ends at noon EST on Thursday, February 14th, 2008.
Rules
For Fics
1. One chapter, 500-3000 words
2. Romance themed
3. Any rating
4. NO character death, it's romance, people ^_^
5. NO crossover, just good old fashioned Tin Man
6. NO fics for prompt tables or other challenges.
For Fanart
1. Romance theme, let's see some kissing, hand-holding, and some s-e-x!
2. No blood, guts, gore, etc. Again, romance.
3. Drawings and manips only; no icons, wallpapers, or headers.
Overall
1. Please tag your entry as either fanart or fic and that it is part of the Valentine's contest and make note of it in the header for your post.
2. All works must be original and can only be posted here during the contest, but after it's over they can be posted elsewhere.
3. Limit 3 entries per person, this can be 3 fics, 3 fanarts, or a combination thereof, as long as it equals 3!
Which brings us to...
Voting
1. Vote for one fic and one fanart that you like best.
2. We will open a separate post for voting, comments will be locked so no one can see who is winning.
3. Voting begins right after the contest closes, at around noon EST, February 14th, 2008.
4. Winners will be announced on the 15th, not sure exactly what time yet.
5. First, second, and third place winners for each category (fic and art) will get banners made by yours truly.
