Prince Caspian
This weekend I was looking through a movie trailer site and found out that there will be a second movie of the Chronicals of Narnia: Prince Caspian.
I'm so happy with this!!!! The Narnia books were my very own first independent reading at age 8. My very first reading on my own was The Lion, the witch and the wardrobe! I haven't stopped reading books ever since! Which is good, since my mom doesn't like reading, my father reads but very little, and my brother runs from books.
Anyway, the first movie was incredible!!!! I totally fell in love with it and I can't believe it that I don't own the DVD yet!!! But I wanted the special edition and they didn't sell that one here. :(
So when I found out about Prince Caspian, I got the audiobook and listened only stopping for work and sleep.... I started Monday and finished yesterday night. Prince Caspian is a nice story but so so if you compare it to The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. I remember another favourite of mine was The Last Battle.... but I don't remember anything from the story.
Well, no matter! I'm excited that they're going on filming the movies! Should I wait for a boxed version of the series in DVDs with all 7????
I don't care if that book wasn't one of my favourites! The movie is going to be great just because it will remind me of my childhood! I can't wait!!!!

It's incredible how people in this day and age still think it's cute to have a site that takes too long to load and an intro you can't skip (no matter how small it is).
