Christmas this year was a horrible clusterfuck of a day. Absolutely awful. I never, ever want a day like that again.
I stayed home from work today. The crying yesterday caused a muscle pull in my lower abdomen and I couldn't move out of the fetal position without a ton of pain until afternoon. My mom gave me some tramadol and I have muscle relaxers and heat pads. It's mostly better now.
The nerve in my neck is getting worse. My face goes tingly now. Along with nerve pain in my neck and back. I may try to get in with Dr. Finley on one of his late days after I work the OT needed to fix the Blazer. The chiropractor had been helping but now an adjustment barely lasts a week before I'm in extreme pain again.
It feels like we're getting to a good place. Lots of changes to come. Lots of decisions to make.
