15 min elliptical

workout 1 - 3x
Back extensions - 20 reps
Leg curls - 20 reps
Weighted walking lunges - 20 reps

workout 2 - 10x
Lat pull downs - 10 reps
Push ups - 10 reps

Mile run on treadmill for time...it'd been awhile, I walked fast a lot.
