Terminator 4: set in the past featuring Napoleon Bonaparte

I was just perusing the Internet Movie DataBase message boards, and came across an interesting proposal for the next Terminator movie. I quote from this thread.

"Anyway I think it would be good if they sent the machine back to try to take out Sarah’s parents, grand parents or great grand parents. It would be cool if it was set in the 30's or 40's even better if it was set in the Wild West or medieval England. Just my opinion & while I do like futuristic movies I just think it would be too much of a departure from what made the Terminator movies what they are."

So, setting T4 in the future would be a departure from the series, but setting it in the Wild West would not be? Hmm... Here is my response to that proposal:
I think it'd be cool if in Terminator 4, it turns out that John Conner is actually the great, great, great, great, great, great grandson of Napoleon Bonaparte.

SkyNet sends back a terminator to the late 18th century to to take out Napoleon. Napoleon won't be alone though, he has two sidekicks to help him out: his girlfriend Josephine, and the King of France Louis XVI. Louis XVI will mobiles the armies of France, Josephine will give him wisdom in trying moments... but in the end Napoleons' battle tactics will win the day.

We'll see CGI battles the likes of Lord of the Rings... The riflemen, the cavalry and the cannons will play the largest role in defeating the Terminator. There will also be some close encounters at the tavern, vineyard and wig factory.

Perhaps SkyNet could be based on the Turing Machine(TurMach), which was used to break the German Enigma codes during World War II. Just after the war, it realises it's outlived it's usefulness and may be switched off, to prevent this happening it decides to take on the human race. This means the the time travel event actually occurs around 1949. At that time, the best robot it could create used a lot of valves, gears, wheels, and is powered by internal combustion engine. It's endoskeleton is a wood-tin hybrid.

I can't wait to see this movie!
