I don't know why I insist on telling you guys when I watch a movie...
...but I saw Shutter Island today. WTF, I want my two hours back. It reminded me of and was almost as bad as My Bloody Valentine (movie, not episode). Except it didn't have Jensen Ackles for me to stare at. And Leonardo DiCaprio got uuuuuuuglyyyyy. Yeah. So, the big twist was...confusing. As confusing as the rest of the movie. Ugh. I was, like, half asleep during the whole thing, which didn't help in making any sense of it. Also, I thought it was going to be a scary movie. It wasn't.
Off to listen to/watch Japanese stuff. And yes, I still get flaily when I tell the I-hugged-a-Japanese-rockstar story.
EDIT: So guys, I'm watching this J-drama called Yamada Taro Monogatari and the total slashiness is killing me. In the very first episode this rich guy who seems all aloof and lone wolf-ish STALKS the main character (who is a guy) home. He keeps saying "this guy is interesting" and in the second episode (the one I'm watching now) he gave him a job in his house as a house maid. WEARING A DRESS AND WIG. Oh God, I just, I can't....this is wonderful, and I really don't even think my slash goggles are on very tightly.
