I have two request to join the team communities, by people who've yet to go to the Audition Post.
These requests will be rejected. You need to first go to the Audition Post, leave your application, and when you receive my reply, sorting you into your team, then you'll be able to request to join your team community.
Not everyone will get their first choice, but I always try to accommodate.
