I get a plumber for my anniversary present!
The floor drain in the basement has backed up. This happened once before, just after we moved in.
1-2 inches of water on the floor. Only in a localized area though.
First we call the plumber.
2nd, I will have to make a mega trip to the laundromat before the laundry starts to mildew.
Followed by the search and destroying of the assorted crap that also got wet.
