So, life after CONvergence hasn't really slowed down much. AT least as far as the stress goes.
Coulbauth couldn't afford his apartment any longer. Mystrycat moved in to our place Tuesday, July 7th. We are not sure of the duration of her stay. A lot of it depends on Coulbauth's ability to find gainful employment and to save up for a new place and discussions with onyxspydyr.
Things are going fairly well. We are trying to slowly transition Mystrycat into the household. Decisions have to be made about school. She is thinking that for the time being, she wants to go to the much smaller and difficult TCA High School. She is both dreading and looking forward to having someone who likes to push kids to do their homework.
In other news, due to family history I had a Colonoscopy on the 9th. Things went very well. I have not inherited Grandfather Lareau's polyps. I was told that I shouldn't have to worry about getting another one for about 10 years. Yay!
My dad's father died at the age of 36 from rectal cancer. Dad has had a few polyps removed over the years, so it was great news to hear that I had an incredibly boring colon.
