I love having a scanner.
I am slowly going through and scanning a lot of old pictures. Not ancient photos, just ones from my childhood and teen years.
I love that I can restore the color a bit after they were sitting for years in the Sticky back albums. I love that I can put the originals in archival boxes and store them while still being able to look at the pictures.
Maybe I will scrapbook them in a simple format eventually, but right now getting out of the bad albums and onto is the important thing.
I'll leave you with an image of me in 8th grade. Yeah, the hair and glasses are unfortunate, but the cat is cute. The cat's name was Tuppence, or Tuppy.
