So Barg and I watched Enchanted tonight. By the end of the movie I am leaning up next to Barg who has his arms crossed.

I then comment that I thought the movie was fun. Barg says it was cute. Arms still crossed.

I reach up to Barg and kiss him and smile. He pecks back and says "What?"

I respond that the movie was cute and had a sweet romantic ending. Still leaning against Barg. His arms still crossed.

I lift one of his nearest arm and put it around me. I kiss Barg. Barg pecks back and says "Yeah, it was cute."

I mention that boys need to remember that romantic comedies often make a girl feel all cuddly and romantic. I reach up to kiss Barg. Barg pecks back and grunts.

I grab Barg by the opposite shoulder and pull him down on top of me. Barg finally gives a decent kiss.

Barg chuckles and sarcastically murmurs, "Hmmm...subtle."

Excuse me?!? I tried subtle.

Silly boy.

Now I have to go properly thank Barg for cleaning and vacuuming the family room while we were away today.

Best not be subtle about it.  He might just not notice and fall asleep.
