spent all day in the sun.
well this morning lorraine came over then we went out in the creek. we were there for like 4 hours. it was crazy. mike went barefooting and went on the air chair and so did my dad. my mom got REALLY mad at my dad though because he's supposed to be "babystepping" into everything but he was doing tricks and he kinda fell. it wasnt a bad fall or anything, my mom just overreacted. then after everyone was done skiing we went on a search for manatees. that took forever and we didnt even see any. oh yeah, while i was sitting with lorraine when my mom was all mad and pouty, she was like "i'm tellin ya madeline, get out of the house as soon as you can. when you graduate just go straight to gainesville. it's great, you can be friends with whoever you want, you can do whatever you want...it's really the way to live." it was quite funny, maybe you have to know lorraine to get it, i dont know. anyway, then we came home and i decided to go wakeboarding. you see, i hadnt done it in like 4 years so my body wasnt exactly prepared. i did fine though, just really sore. then we watched simon birch with lorraine. it's hilarious to watch sad movies with lorraine. usually when you cry in movies, you just kinda let the tears roll. but not lorraine...she SOBS. like "BOO HOO HOO" kind of sobs. it's so funny. oh yeah, there was this horrendous storm and it knocked down one of our trees and now our tree is blocking the road and it took down the powerline across the street. but yeah, that's all for now.
